What Is GoHighLevel White Labeling?

GoHighLevel white labeling means reselling the GoHighLevel platform under your own brand identity. Your clients log in at your domain (e.g., app.youragency.com), see your logo, and interact with your product name — they never know GoHighLevel powers it.

7. Click Verify Domain in GoHighLevel — DNS propagation takes 1–48 hours

Once verified, https://app.youragency.com loads GoHighLevel under your brand.

Step 4: White-Label Your Client-Facing Emails

All system emails sent to your clients (login confirmations, password resets, report notifications) should carry your brand.

1. Go to Settings → Email Services → LC Email (or configure SMTP)
2. Set your From Name to your agency name
3. Set your From Email to a domain email (e.g., hello@youragency.com)
4. In Agency Settings → Email Templates, update the header logo and footer with your brand

Step 5: Configure the White-Label Mobile App (Optional)

GoHighLevel's mobile app (LeadConnector) can be white-labeled with your app name and icon.

1. Navigate to Settings → White Label Mobile App
2. Submit your app name, icon (1024×1024px PNG), splash screen, and App Store developer account details
3. GoHighLevel's team builds and publishes the app under your name — turnaround is typically 2–4 weeks

This gives your clients an app like "YourAgency CRM" in the App Store and Google Play.

Step 6: Set Up SaaS Pricing Plans

Now you'll define what your clients are paying for.

1. Go to Settings → SaaS Mode → Plans
2. Click Create Plan

   • Monthly price (your price to clients)

Step 8: Create Your First Client Sub-Account

1. From your agency dashboard, click Sub-Accounts → Create Sub-Account
2. Choose Assign to Plan and select the pricing plan you created
3. Enter the client's business name, email, and phone
4. Choose whether to import a Snapshot (pre-built configuration) to auto-populate their account
5. Click Create

The client receives a branded welcome email with their login URL (app.youragency.com).

Step 9: Customize Client Onboarding Notifications

1. Go to Settings → Notifications → Sub-Account Welcome Email
2. Edit the template to include your brand voice, onboarding video link, and support contact
3. Enable the Day 1, Day 3, and Day 7 onboarding drip emails to guide new clients
